Sandie Major moved to the Lowcountry of South Carolina in March of 2005 from the frigid Northeast. She grew up on a horse farm in Northern New Jersey on the Delaware River, right where New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania come together. It was a great place to grow up. Sandie continued equestrian pursuits as an adult and has six national and three world championships. 

Sandie spent 16 years as an anesthesia assistant for Oral and Maxillofacial surgery before she decided to escape the harsh winters and move south to become a realtor.  Sandie has spent the past 19 years assisting others purchase and sell homes in our beautiful coastal area.
